“We mostly used the explorer in around town, footpaths, little bit of rough foot paths around our house/street. Has worked great everywhere I have taken it. Handles all terrain perfectly.  The thing I like most about the buggy is the recline. So easy, and I don't wake Lara when I recline it as I can do it so gradually. Before the explorer I had the sport, I haven’t had a problem using the explorer anywhere.  

I love that I can get my almost three year old to sleep in the Explorer. Not only does she sleep well, but she is super comfortable and I can gradually recline the seat until she is lying flat with out waking her. I always keep the DK in the car, so if one of Lara’s friends wants to come for a ride its super easy to sort. “

“We use the Explorer a lot for walks, and shopping trips.  The top three things about the explorer are:

“I have used the Explorer over a sandy beach and although it was a bit tough to push, it handled the sand well and made it all the way across the beach.  We have also gone on uneven footpaths, roads, grass and dirt - it handled all these terrains pretty easily.  In the shops, it moves like a dream, goes in and out of shops and shopping aisles and can fit down most checkout lanes.  It turns well a full 360 degrees and is very smooth in a shopping mall.  As a P&T pramaholic, I love the improvements you have made to this model compared to the other models.  My favourite improvement over the sport/e3 is the ease of the seat - it is simple to raise and lower and there are none of those fiddly clips/zippers to worry about any more - FANTASTIC!

The seat liner is practical and seems more padded, the foot brake is sooh easy, the closing/opening mechanism is a definite improvement on the previous models (hated the clips you had to flip before closing), the sun hood is brilliant and very big - covers up so much better, the stability of the pram with/without the DK is super - so sturdy and hasn't flipped my little ones out so far.  I do think that an instruction label next to the folding mechanism would be handy (not for me of course but for hubby and grandma heh heh).  explorer = innovative - brilliant concept (of multi-ability use plus multi-age use) and although others have tried to copy its design/function/style, they have not succeeded to produce a pram with such high quality or standards as this P&T pram.”

“The kind of stuff we did with the explorer was shopping in the local supermarket, which was great. We had to take 3 kids, two 2 year olds in the P&T, one 3-year old walked and still had some space left to take some groceries home!  On Saturday we went for a nice walk surrounded by Belgian nature with some friends. The terrain varied from grass to wood path, to pebble, mud and moist ground in general. It was great to have our explorer with us. The moving front wheel is ...supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Throughout the whole afternoon we had no problems handling our pram. We only had Lilly with us, but still took the DK along, it was great to store our picnic!  I love the different colours, the moving front wheel, the very easy-to-use break and the fact that it folds very quick and easily.  Overall the explorer is easy to handle, comfy for the kids, and has a modern look!  The first day we had the explorer, Lilly and Luka did not want to go to bed. Luka had installed himself with pacifier, blanket and cuddly bear in the DK and Lilly screamed her heart out when I took her out the main seat to put her to bed!”
