Shipping Policy

Delivery time frames:

All delivery time frames are estimated, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs delays at country borders. Estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

  • Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after they are submitted. Once your items ship you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow between 5-10 business days from the time you submit your order for your items to arrive. Additional time may be necessary for rural addresses.
  • Some smaller parts are available to be ordered from our international warehouses if they are not available in Canada, delivery times are expected to be approximately 20 days.


Freight & handling charges:

For items that ship from our USA warehouse:

Provinces: All

    • If items are not available from our Canada based warehouse, we are able to supply from our USA based warehouse, this will be shown with FedEx freight options at checkout.
    • phil&teds will take care of importation including duties.

For Items that ship from our Canada warehouse:

Provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan

    • Orders which subtotal $99.99 and under will incur a $13.25 shipping charge; if the item is only available in our US warehouse shipping will be calculated at checkout
    • Orders which subtotal $100+ will incur a $26.50 shipping charge: if the item is only available in our US warehouse shipping will be calculated at checkout

Provinces: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Yukon

    • Orders which subtotal $99.99 and under will incur a $26.50 shipping charge; if the item is only available in our US warehouse shipping will be calculated at checkout
    • Orders which subtotal $100+ will incur a $50.00 shipping charge; if the item is only available in our US warehouse shipping will be calculated at checkout

International Parts Orders:

    • Some smaller parts are available to be ordered from our international warehouses if they are not available in Canada. These carry a special freight charge of CAD$30 and is calculated at checkout.
