Worked great for a week-long trip abroad with our 8 month old. Lighter and packs smaller than the other options out there. Assembly takes some getting used to, so practice setting it up at home before you leave, but once you know the process it's quite easy.

We received this travel crib as a gift and it was extremely hard to put together- so much so that we couldn't use it. The leg pieces were so stiff and hard to put together or take apart.

My 2yo son slept in this for 2 weeks in Hotels and friends homes in Italy. He is nearly 35lbs and 3ft tall, and was very comfortable. Set up and breakdown was simple and it fit in our checked bag too!

We had a Joovy play yard that my 12 month old refused to sleep all night in, so I didn't feel like lugging a 40 pound travel crib. Purchased this light one and my baby has slept in it last 20 nights (unexpectedly trapped in Houston due to hurricane Harvey). It is light, easy to put together, great for travel. Perfect size to put and closet or between twin beds. My only complaint is the bottom side attachments do not stay stuck in the poles ... but still felt safe keeping my daughter there.

I had bought the older version of this crib at Bed Bath & Beyond, advertised as the only "full sized" crib that weighs less than the baby. I thought mine was defective because of a hole that seemed to be missing on one of the bars, so I ordered a crib directly from phil&teds. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed to discover that it's basically the size of a MINI CRIB. My 5 month old daughter is in the 95th percentile for her height, so she will outgrow this in no time. I thought it would be the same as the other one I had purchased at BB&B, since there is no difference in the item name (it really should indicate "mini" somewhere in the title). I contacted customer service but they just said I'd have to spend my own money shipping it back.

Bought this after using others and love how light and compact it is! Fits easily into a suitcase and setup is fine. The only thing we had issues with (hence 4 star rating instead of 5) is that our 1.5yr old started rocking it and it would for sure have fallen over which scared me. We ended up putting one of the feet under a set of drawers next to where she was sleeping so she couldn't rock it over. I do wish those feet were flat for that reason (I anticipate there will always be some furniture we can secure it under but worry that we might break the plastic feet as they are raised and hollow).

Mom of 5, here! We purchased this travel crib because we were tired of lugging around our pack-n-play when we went somewhere and wanted to leave it set up. This crib fit the bill perfectly! It's super lightweight and compact (stuff for 7 takes up a lot of room!), and it makes a safe and comfy place for baby once it is set up. I *would* recommend practicing set up and break down a couple times before using. It is simple to do, once you get the hang of it, but a few trial runs will make it go more smoothly when you need it ready in a hurry. I love how neatly and easily everything fits in the storage and travel bag, as well. No grunting, stretching, and sweating to get it zipped. All around winner for what we wanted it for!

This is the best traveller I have had. It works nice for the back yard so the baby does not have to put any food on the grass.

We bought this travel crib for a trip to Hawaii and we loved it! It is light and easy to set up. Our 15 month old son slept so great in it that we now joke when he's having a hard time falling asleep in his crib at home that maybe we should just let him sleep in this travel crib at home as well. :)

Love this crib for our 16mth old and wish I hadn't waited so long to purchase. On our first trip with it to Toronto and so lightweight and easy. I was concerned that the assembly would be a little cumbersome, but was willing to trade that for compact and lightweight. However after a couple of times it all fits together easily and simply. At home we have it set up in our spare room with the zip side down. Our son likes to go and like in there and read books. Can't wait to take to Australia!

We bought this based on the reviews and it was perfect! We traveled for 6 days in and out of hotels and it was easy to set up and take apart and our daughter had no issues in comfort. The best part is that it fit into our large suitcase and we didn't have to carry-on our check another bag! We're leaving for Europe in the next few weeks and are so glad to have this for our travels!

The only negatives are the instructions are not clear in which way to orient the short sidebar with the connector! The little strap for the mattress is much more difficult that it had to be and the sun shade is much more loose than expected! Definitely light, airy, and tough enough for my little one to be comfy and active! I love the ease of the mattress!!
