SUPPORT - dash v5 frame - recall to replace

Consistent with our commitment to safety, phil&teds is voluntarily recalling dash v5 buggies with serial numbers in the range fromPTRV0715/0746toPTRV0815/2525- sold August 2015 to March 2016.

If your buggy’s serial number does not start with PTRV0715 or PTRV0815, then you are not affected.

The voluntary recall comes following three non-injury warranty reports worldwide, all where damage to the main hinge - resulted in a potential pinch hazard. No pinching has occurred.

All users with a dash v5 buggy, in the above serial number range, can register to receive a free replacement buggy frame.

The replacement frame will come with simple in-home instructions. A short video below shows the step by step process.

Owners should stop using their dash v5 buggy and fill out the online order form below.
